St John’s Ambulance is on a private road. How is road is suitable for increased traffic? Who will manage the challenge of parking? Clifton Terrace is also a private road. Damage to these roads has already increased with the change to the public car park restrictions and these added maintenance costs have had to be picked up by the residents of these roads.
